Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee.
No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit the booking deposit and may be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service. A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation.
